Allow 2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email with your "customer id", please retain this number for your records.

If you purchased from a reseller (ie you did not purchase from TeleType Co. directly, then you may be required to submit Proof of Purchase invoice from the vendor that sold you the product). The Proof of Purchase can be faxed to 1-925-226-1558 or email to registration@teletype.com.

TeleType reserves the right to withhold support of product until proper registration is complete. TeleType further reserves the right to reject or accept registration.
